Please mix the noodles, broth and yam well before eating. You can enjoy your meal twice by pouring your left-over yam broth over rice.
Please eat your fill of soba and mushrooms and season with sansho (Japanese pepper powder) if desired.
The tempura is served on a separate plate to the soba. You may eat it as is or dip it in the noodle broth as you desire.
Our restaurant is traditionally Japanese in style and we handmake our soba (buckwheat noodles) in-house so many customers enjoy stopping to take photos. Our handmade soba is sold inside.
