A set meal of chilled soba (buckwheat) noodles served on a bamboo sieve and topped with dried seaweed flakes accompanied by 6 or 7 pieces of vegetable tempura including maitake mushrooms, green pepper, eggplant and pumpkin sourced from the nearby Kuni area.

Dip the chilled noodles in the soba dipping sauce before eating. The tempura may also be dipped in the sauce. Add the accompanying grated daikon (horseradish) to the soba dipping sauce for a more refreshing taste.

Maitake mushroom tempura (2 pieces) and vegetable tempura (pumpkin etc.) dipped in our original sauce and served on top of rice. The sweet and salty taste will please all ages. Served with a side of chilled soba (buckwheat) noodles.

You can eat it on its own as the tempura on the rice has been already dipped in the sauce. The noodles that come with this set are chilled, but hot noodles are available too.

Hot soba (buckwheat) noodles topped with vegetable (sweet potato etc.) and maitake mushroom tempura. This is a classic dish for the winter season. The soy sauce-based broth with the aroma of bonito flakes will warm you up from the inside out.

Cool the soba as you eat as it is very hot. The tempura can also be served separately and eaten with salt.
